These burners push 75,000 BTUs of total cooking power on the grilling surface. Only PGS offers a uniquely positioned commercial grade heat indicator that is mounted on the right side of the grill next to the cooking grids to give you an accurate indication of the heat at the actual cooking surface. The control panel is angled for easy reading of the control knobs. The control knobs have heat resistant phenolic inserts for added safety. PGS Pacifica grills have unique Moon Rok all ceramic briquettes which give you a robust flavor, control unwanted flare-ups, and provide even cooking results.
